The following items can be included in any RFQ submission. The more information available, the faster the technical review and supplier-matching conversation can begin.
Projects may be submitted at different stages of development. Available information will be reviewed first, and additional requirements can be clarified during the RFQ process.
Project intake form
Five fields are required to begin. Every other technical field is optional and can be added during clarification.

Anchor Matrix Global · Supplier Coordination in China
What happens next
Each RFQ passes through the same four coordination stages. Timing depends on project complexity, drawing completeness and the selected manufacturing partner's confirmation cycle.
RFQ Review
AMG reviews the available drawings, BOM, specifications and commercial requirements.
Requirement Clarification
Missing or unclear project information is identified before supplier matching.
Supplier Matching
Suitable Chinese manufacturing partners are considered according to process, material, quantity, documentation and project requirements.
Quotation Coordination
AMG coordinates technical questions and quotation information between the buyer and selected manufacturing partner(s).
Not every RFQ proceeds to quotation. If a project is outside the supported scope, AMG will explain why and may suggest alternatives where possible.
What makes a strong RFQ
For faster technical review, include as much of the following as available.
- Drawing
- Material
- Quantity
- Surface Finish
- Critical Dimensions / Requirements
- Quality Requirements
- Packaging Requirements
- Delivery Destination
If some information is unavailable, submit what you have.
Before or after submitting
Two short reads if you want to confirm AMG's scope before reaching out, or if your project touches one of these areas specifically.
