Why a Supplier Network

Sourcing from China is rarely served well by a single factory. Different inquiries need different capabilities, capacities and process strengths. AMG’s network is structured so each project is matched to the partner whose profile fits that specific inquiry.
Anchor Matrix Global connects overseas buyers with selected Chinese manufacturing partners. For each inquiry, we review the drawing and specification, identify the required capability, and match the project to a selected partner whose capability, capacity and project experience best fit the requirement.
This approach gives buyers practical access to Chinese manufacturing without forcing every project through one supplier, and gives each partner a project that genuinely fits what they do best.

A switchgear cabinet (Group B) typically needs sheet metal fabrication (Group A) plus copper busbars (Group C) and PLC integration (Group E). AMG coordinates the full scope across the relevant groups.

For each inquiry, the project is matched against the criteria below. Not every partner scores on every criterion for every project — selection depends on what the specific inquiry actually requires.

Project-Specific Verification
Capability is confirmed per project, not implied by category.
Capability category does not equal automatic feasibility for every specification. Each inquiry is verified against the specific project requirements before quotation.
When a buyer submits a drawing and specification, AMG reviews the requirements and the selected partner confirms feasibility against the specific items below. If any item is outside the partner’s confirmed scope for that project, AMG either re-matches the inquiry or communicates the limitation back to the buyer before quotation.
This step is what keeps a capability category honest. It is the difference between saying a partner “can do sheet metal” and confirming they can produce your sheet metal part at your grade, thickness, tolerance and quantity.

Does AMG manufacture the products itself?
No. AMG is a sourcing and supplier-coordination company. Manufacturing is performed by selected Chinese manufacturing partners. AMG’s role is to coordinate communication, technical review, capability confirmation and quotation on the buyer’s behalf.
Can AMG support capabilities outside the five listed groups?
The five groups define AMG’s current coordination scope. Capabilities outside this list are not implied. If your project requires a different process, describe it in the RFQ and we will respond honestly about whether AMG can coordinate it.
How long does it take to receive a coordinated quotation?
RFQ review and clarification typically happen within 1–2 business days. Quotation turnaround depends on inquiry complexity and partner availability — typically from a few business days up to two weeks.
